Dan was behind the anchor desk of Nightline on Monday, November 3rd. The episode began with a look inside the investigation of a murder for hire. A woman is accused of trying to pay a hit-man $11,000 to kill the father of her own grandson. Her plan sounds like a TV movie, not only involving hit-men, money and scheming but even alligators. The next story takes a look at the soda tax and a petition that is disguising itself as a grassroots fight.
