20 Mar Dan on Jodi Arias’ Psychologist Testimony

Dan appeared on Good Morning America today (did you catch him hosting last weekend?) to discuss the Jodi Arias case – which continues to be astonishing and interminable. In the latest, her psychologist testified for the defense and “this didn’t go well,” Dan explains. He continues, “The question is did they really need this kind of witness, meaning this is a very tough defense to get a scientific explanation for, so I think the defense might have been better off just have Jodi Arias’ testimony out there… The reality is had just Jodi Arias testified, and maybe a juror or two bonded with her, that would have been a huge win for the defense.
