Dan appeared on Good Morning America today, again discussing the ongoing murder trial of Jodi Arias, accused of killing her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander. In the latest, after days of cross-examination, the floor was opened up to the jury, who asked her more than one hundred questions, in one of the few states that allows this back-and-forth. Dan says, “It’s amazing – the jurors sitting there getting to question the defendant and then getting to ask follow-up questions. The problem is they don’t get to ask the follow-up questions immediately after she answers them. On the whole, these are tough questions. On the whole, it seems that the jurors are skeptical of Jodi Arias’ story, but there are some questions that were asked that could give her hope that maybe one or two of the jurors are accepting her account, which, again, a hung jury would be a huge win for Jodi Arias.” Watch the full segment here.
