Mediaite covers Dan Abrams’s recent appearance on “The Today Show” to discuss Charlie Sheen’s latest run-in with the law. Though he didn’t condone Sheen’s behavior, he did point out that from a legal standpoint, nudity and drunkenness (in the privacy of a hotel room) are not criminal offenses.
