Dan appeared on a multitude of ABC News platforms to discuss the decision of the Ferguson grand jury not to indict Officer Darren Wilson for the fatal shooting of Michael Brown. Dan first sat down for a special report with George Stephanopoulos as the country awaited for the decision to be released. He then spoke with David Muir at World News Tonight: ” It’s important to remember, it’s not guilt or innocence, this jury is not deciding proof beyond a reasonable doubt, they’re just deciding, was there enough evidence to send the case to trial, for a trial jury to decide guilt or innocence, this grand jury determined there was not. He then sat down with Nightline to comment on the decision and what this means for the Brown family.
