25 Nov Dan on Bill Cosby Allegations

Dan commented on the recent Bill Cosby sexual assault allegations for a piece airing on Good Morning America, Monday, November 24th. The number of women now coming forward accusing the comedian of sexual assault has doubled reaching 16. Cosby broke his silence recently and told a Florida paper “… people should fact-check”. Cosby’s lawyers are claiming the allegations are unsubstantiated and fantastical. Says Dan, “The law is very state to state. There is a theoretical possibility the D.A could try to open one of these cases up again. Possibly file charges. It’s more likely that this is going to be about legacy than about law.” Watch the full clip here.
